You will receive a tracking link once your order ships. If an item is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly (for example, within 10 business days of the expected delivery date). As a courtesy, we will help you arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refunds and Returns policy below

Refunds and Returns

All products sold by Tiny Hoots come with certain consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). In short, if an item you purchase is faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described, you are entitled to a remedy – typically a free repair, replacement or refund. For example, if a product has a major problem, you can choose a replacement or full refund. We cannot exclude or override these statutory rights by our terms. However, consumers are not entitled to a refund simply for a “change of mind”; returns are accepted only for defects or damage, or as otherwise stated in our store policies.

 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide proof (such as a photo). We will arrange either a replacement or a refund of the purchase price in the original form of payment. If you purchased through a third-party, we may assist with that process. Any returns must follow our instructions. Note that customers remain responsible for safe return shipping unless otherwise agreed. Tiny Hoots reserves the right to refuse refunds if goods are misused or returned in poor condition.
